Our house is located in an ancient building of 1700, modernly restructured, just in the heart of Rome. A few steps from important places, with recognized historical, artistic and political importance such as the parliament of the Italian Republic, Navona square, via del Corso, the Pantheon, the Trevi’s fountain, the Spanish steps and many others. Our home offers guests a warm and inviting residential ambience with all the modern conveniences. Our rooms are a little jewel of Italian tradition and cordiality, they offer the same comfort of a good hotel in a central area but without loosing privacy and discretion. Silent, comfortable and with fine furnishing, each room has private bathroom, safe, phone, satellite tv, adsl internet connection, air conditioning. The guest house can offer different kind of accommodation, to meet all needs of our customers, from single bedded room till four bedded room for families. The guest house offers a pleasant atmosphere, where guests can talk, read some of the most famous newspapers offered by the house, consult maps and get tourist information, check museums timetable or ask assistance to our specialized personnel which will be happy to help you.
By car: take exit 1 of Grande Raccordo Anulare towards Vatican City. The hotel is located 10 minutes' walk from the Vatican. By train arriving from the main station (Termini), take metro line A to Lepanto or Spagna. From Fiumicino Airport, take the train to Termini central station and continue by underground and bus, following the directions above. From Ciampino Airport, take the bus to Anagnina station, and take the underground train to Barberini, then follow the indications above.
There is no restaurant, breakfast is served in the room.
There is a small lobby. Reception it's open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00. To guarantee your check-in please communicate your arrival time to the hotel. If the check in will be after the due time there will a supplement to be paid on the spot.
The spacious rooms offer all the comforts of an elegant hotel in a central area, without sacrificing privacy and discretion. Each of the tranquil and finely furnished rooms features an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer and individually regulated air conditioning. How to arrive
5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (spagna)
We are placed in Via dei Coronari, one of the most ancient street in Rome. In 1300 during the Jubilee, this street was the way of thousands of pilgrims, directed to San Pietro, and for this reason was called “Via Recta”. This area since the beginning had a touristic vocation, being the most closed centre near the Navona Square and the Vatican, in fact it was plenty of restaurants and hotels which welcomed very famous characters such as Dante, Rabelais, Gogol and Goethe. Now the street is the site of antiques workshops and antiquarians. Within a few steps you can reach Piazza Navona, San Pietro, The Spanish Steps, The Foro Romano.
